Job Summary
Supporting the Business Transformation Office, the full-time Business Transformation Analyst will coordinate Salesforce enhancement requests, gather business requirements, and partner with stakeholders and IT to deliver scalable solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end intake, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce enhancement requests
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes
- Track project timelines, action items, risks, and key operational metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or related fields
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
- Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills
