Business Transformation Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time Business Transformation Analyst will analyze, document, and optimize Finance and Financial Services processes to enhance operational efficiency and support revenue growth in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing policies, workflows, tools, and processes to identify inefficiencies and friction points
• Create clear documentation and standardized processes to improve alignment and reduce redundancy across teams
• Track key metrics in BI tools to quantify the impact of improvements and surface data-driven insights for future opportunities
