Business Transformation Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Financial Services - Business Transformation team, the full-time Analyst, Business Transformation will analyze, document, and optimize Finance processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing policies and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Create clear documentation and standardized procedures to enhance team alignment and reduce redundancy
• Track key metrics using BI tools to measure the impact of process changes and provide data-driven insights
