Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Consultant, Business Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation initiatives within the Underwriting organization, focusing on sourcing partner relationships
• Facilitate collaboration and dialogue between sourcing partners and internal resources to ensure alignment and engagement
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and performance across the team and business unit

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry relevant to the role
• Knowledge of group insurance products and underwriting functions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's)
