A company is looking for a Business Transformation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads organizational efforts to translate strategy into tangible results
• Partners with stakeholders to implement transformation goals effectively
• Develops and manages project plans to monitor transformation status and identify risks

Required Qualifications

• Master's of Business Administration and six years of transformation or project management experience
• Or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field with six years of relevant experience
• Or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field with eight years of transformation or project management experience
• Experience at a top consulting firm is highly valued
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
