Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives by maintaining project plans and tracking milestones
• Develop and execute change management and communications deliverables to support real adoption
• Engage directly with client teams to build trust and develop credibility

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in large enterprise environments with exposure to complex transformation programs
• Some change management experience in guiding organizations through transitions
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business or psychology
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering quality work under pressure
