Business Transformation Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting a year-long engagement, the contract Business Transformation Consultant will partner with finance leadership to drive major finance technology transformations, modernizing processes and improving reporting capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with finance leadership to support end-to-end transformation initiatives, including ERP, reporting, and automation tools
• Assess current-state processes to identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency
• Facilitate collaboration between finance, IT, and external partners while assisting with change management and user adoption

Required qualifications:

• Strong background in finance/accounting with experience in system implementations or upgrades
• Experience supporting ERP or finance technology transformations (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workiva)
• Proven ability to work in complex, evolving environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
