Business Transformation Deployment Manager

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time FLEX Manager, Business Transformation Office - Deployment will manage execution plans, coordinate implementation activities, and ensure organizational readiness while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed execution plans and monitor progress against milestones
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Support readiness and onboarding efforts for impacted teams and ensure successful deployment outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Minimum five years of experience in business transformation, project management, or related fields
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within large organizations
• Strong project and program management capabilities with a focus on delivering business outcomes
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build effective partnerships across stakeholder groups
