Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Transformation Lead, Wealth Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end execution of transformation initiatives from intake through implementation, stabilization, and optimization
• Manage day-to-day delivery activities across multiple concurrent initiatives with varying scope, complexity, and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in transformation, change, or execution initiatives in complex organizations
• Demonstrated experience delivering components of large-scale initiatives or managing multiple workstreams end to end
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and interdependencies across multiple stakeholders
• Experience working in environments with regulatory, risk, or control considerations preferred
• Prior experience with project management tools and knowledge of AI tools preferred
