Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Transformation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the AI transformation strategy and maintain a prioritized AI opportunity pipeline
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI transformation initiatives, ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines
• Act as an internal champion for AI, designing change management plans and building relationships with senior leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Engineering, or Business Administration/Management
• 7-10 years of relevant experience managing complex initiatives
• Proven track record in leading business transformation or digital change programs
• Demonstrable experience working with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics in a business context
• Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus
