Business Transformation Leader

Job Summary

To accelerate growth and simplify operations, the full-time remote Business Transformation Leader will partner with senior leadership to implement an 80/20 strategy, focusing on optimizing product and customer portfolios while driving operational efficiency and margin improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the division's 80/20 strategy, establishing governance and methodologies for product, customer, and operational dimensions
• Co-lead portfolio simplification efforts, driving SKU rationalization and aligning new product introductions with simplification goals
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manufacturing complexity, and improve overall performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a global industrial manufacturing company
• At least 5 years of experience leading enterprise-wide 80/20 initiatives with a proven track record in business transformation
• Experience in portfolio management, supply chain, pricing, and business analytics
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement through Lean and operational excellence practices
