Job Summary
Driving transformative change, the full-time remote 80/20 Business Transformation Leader will partner with senior leadership to implement strategies that simplify operations, optimize product portfolios, and enhance profitability, while managing approximately 10% travel.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the division's 80/20 strategy across product, customer, and operational dimensions, establishing governance and decision frameworks
- Co-lead portfolio simplification initiatives, driving SKU rationalization and ensuring new products align with simplification goals
- Implement customer segmentation and prioritize high-value customers to improve pricing strategies and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a global industrial manufacturing company
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise-wide 80/20 initiatives with a proven track record in business transformation
- Experience in portfolio management, supply chain, and business analytics
- Ability to influence across functions and drive continuous improvement through Lean practices
