Business Transformation Leader

Job Summary

Driving broad-scale business transformation, the full-time Private Bank Business Transformation Leader will manage a portfolio of change initiatives to enhance the operating model within the Private Bank & Wealth Management organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Owns business transformation outcomes across the change portfolio
• Drives the delivery of future-state product and servicing needs, ensuring client experience is prioritized
• Partners with technology and product teams to design scalable solutions and implement strategic change initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, Business Management, or Process Improvement
• Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports for senior stakeholders
