Job Summary

Driving broad-scale business transformation initiatives, the full-time Private Bank Business Transformation Leader will manage change across the Private Bank & Wealth Management organization, focusing on product, process, and client experience improvements while ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Owns business transformation outcomes across the change portfolio
• Drives the creation of an industry-competitive business model and simplifies current operations
• Partners with technology and product teams to prioritize and implement scalable solutions

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, Business Management, or Process Improvement
• Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment
• Excellent communication skills, including report preparation for senior stakeholders
