Business Transformation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Transformation Manager to lead business advancement activities and guide future business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify underperforming business areas and implement process improvements
• Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document business needs
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and track performance metrics of transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Seven (7)+ years of experience in a financial institution or similar organization
• Demonstrated experience in business transformation or process improvement initiatives
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional and senior leaders to implement sustainable solutions
