Business Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Managing client engagements from initial scoping through implementation, the full-time hybrid Business Transformation Manager will lead transformation projects, advise on AI integration, and ensure quality delivery while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation engagements, defining project objectives, success measures, and AI opportunity scope with client sponsors
• Manage client relationships and project teams, conducting executive presentations and building trust with senior leaders
• Diagnose operational constraints and develop actionable recommendations, business cases, and implementation plans

Required qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or related fields
• Proven experience leading client engagements and managing project economics
• Experience in process improvement, strategy, and AI-enabled transformation
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA or Master's preferred
• Lean Six Sigma certification and Project Management Certification preferred
