Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Business Transformation Manager to work full-time remotely, focusing on driving cross-functional alignment, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing communication across key business functions, particularly in Accounts Payable, Project Management, and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business transformation initiatives to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency across various business functions
- Facilitate governance meetings and workflow reviews to drive accountability and issue resolution
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process optimization and create Power BI dashboards for improved workflow visibility
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, or related roles
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes
- Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement/AP platforms preferred
