Job Summary

Leading enterprise workforce management initiatives, the full-time Business Transformation Partner will drive operational excellence and margin improvement while collaborating with executive leaders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Leads operational excellence initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and improve operating margins
• Implements and refines the workforce management program, developing labor benchmarks and identifying improvement opportunities
• Acts as an internal consultant to enhance workforce value and supports leaders with workforce strategy implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Nursing, or a related field
• Five years of experience in a complex business environment
