Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex transformation initiatives across core operational domains and deliver tangible results
• Develop standardized operating procedures and governance models to sustain improvements post-implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7-10+ years of experience in operational excellence, business transformation, or process optimization
• Proven experience driving enterprise-level initiatives with measurable results
• Strong executive communication and influence skills
• Ability to lead complex work independently without direct authority
