Business Transformation Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of new quality processes and IT applications, the full-time remote Business Transformation Project Manager will manage project governance, drive business process redesign, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a regulated industry.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full implementation of quality processes and the Veeva quality platform, ensuring delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Establish project governance and SAFe operating rhythms, including sprint planning and steering committees
• Align business stakeholders and software vendor teams to ensure clarity and accountability throughout the transformation program

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project management experience (or 6+ with a Master's degree)
• Experience leading digital transformation or enterprise IT programs in quality management
• Proven track record of managing projects in a regulated industry
• Strong skills in project management, SAFe/Agile methodologies, and vendor management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
