• Maintain user access and provide training for the care management platform system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement workflow enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Information Systems or related field
• 3 years of experience in process management or systems management in a healthcare setting
• Experience with care management platform systems, preferably MHK CareProminence
• Application configuration experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio
