Business Transient Account Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Business Travel segment, the part-time FLEX Business Transient Account Manager will manage relationships with central BT buyers, assist in the execution of the RFP process, and collaborate with sales leaders to implement BT strategies while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the RFP process and implement BT initiatives
• Maintain ongoing account service and manage property/field coordination related to the BT segment
• Research and analyze account information to identify new business opportunities in the BT segment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, or a 2-year degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing the BT sales process or equivalent experience with a major hotel chain or Travel Management Company
• Proven track record of total account management experience
• Ability to conduct basic financial analysis and understand revenue management
• Familiarity with standard software and applications such as Empower and Office 365
