Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Translator for the AI for Growth Program.

Key Responsibilities

Translate commercial strategy and business priorities into high value AI and analytics use cases
Drive adoption and activation of AI powered sales opportunities across commercial teams
Facilitate structured working sessions with commercial stakeholders to validate insights and refine use cases

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of commercial experience within B2B, industrial, or specialty chemical environments
Proven experience working closely with sales organizations and commercial leadership
Strong understanding of sales processes and commercial operations
Experience operating at or above an Area Manager level or equivalent seniority
Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear commercial actions
