Job Summary

Supporting the US Account Sales Leader, the full-time FLEX Business Travel Account Manager will manage client relationships, coordinate the RFP process, and implement business travel initiatives while working onsite at Marriott International HQ.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the coordination and execution of the RFP process for business travel accounts
  • Implement business travel initiatives, including gap analysis and market research
  • Maintain ongoing account service and manage relationships with central buyers and intermediaries
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma with 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, or a 2-year degree with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing the business travel sales process or equivalent experience with a major hotel chain or travel management company
  • Proven account management experience
  • Familiarity with standard software applications such as Empower and Office 365
  • Ability to conduct basic financial analysis and understand revenue management principles
