Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Travel Consultant II (US - Virtual) 24x7 After Hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
• Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations for the best traveler experience
• Handle a wide range of bookings and manage first-level customer complaints or escalations

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3 or more years of experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in another customer service role
• Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
• A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Military experience/certifications may substitute for some requirements
