Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Triage Analyst who will analyze and prioritize business issues and incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming business issues and incidents, prioritize them, and escalate as necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the root cause of business issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day triage responsibilities, monitor bug ticket status, and identify trends through data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in business analysis, incident management, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and make quick decisions
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques
• Knowledge of ITIL or other relevant frameworks is a plus
