Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business UAT Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the UAT strategy, ensuring alignment with stakeholders on objectives and scope
• Manage UAT execution by scheduling sessions, tracking results, and ensuring timely defect resolution
• Establish metrics for test progress and document UAT outcomes in reports

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in software testing, business analysis, QA, or validation with UAT leadership
• Practical experience using Jira for test management and defect tracking
• Solid understanding of System Lifecycle Management and GxP regulations
• Experience onboarding business testers to tools and execution protocols
