Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Unit Director - Connected Living / Digital Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ownership of a global customer business unit, focusing on connected living and digital commerce solutions
• Drive customer strategy, financial performance, and operational execution across multiple global sites
• Lead complex contract negotiations and ensure alignment between customer needs and operational capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 12-15+ years of experience in business management, operations, supply chain, and customer leadership roles in a manufacturing environment
• 4+ years of people leadership experience
• Proven success managing large global accounts with full P&L accountability
• Strong background in contract negotiation and pricing strategy
