Business Unit Director - Server Racks

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio focused on server racks and networking infrastructure, the full-time Business Unit Director - Server Racks will manage business performance, drive growth strategies, and oversee customer engagement in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall strategy and financial performance for server and networking rack programs
• Own full P&L accountability, including revenue growth and margin expansion
• Build and manage senior-level relationships with hyperscale and cloud customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10-12+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or data center infrastructure
• Strong experience in server racks, networking racks, or mechanical assemblies manufacturing
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and pricing strategy
• Deep understanding of mechanical manufacturing and supply chain strategies
