Business Unit Finance Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Unit Finance Leader to drive financial performance and analysis for a business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business unit leadership to manage financial strategy and performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the business unit
• Produce and communicate financial reports, metrics, and recommendations to senior management

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, with business unit leadership experience preferred
• Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) organization is required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related field is required
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Oracle ERP/EPM and Salesforce is a plus
• Experience in clinical data management or life sciences markets is an advantage
