Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time Business Unit Leader will manage long-range planning, oversee financial reporting, and drive operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and presentation of annual strategic reviews and quarterly forecasts
• Ensure tracking and publication of financial and non-financial metrics to support decision-making across all functional groups
• Oversee talent management and development plans for Functional Department Leaders to sustain growth and scalability

• Proven experience in strategic business planning and operations management
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
• Experience in talent management and organizational development
• Demonstrated ability to manage key customer relationships and drive revenue growth
