Business Valuation Advisory Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Valuation Advisory Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Round out post-close transaction advisory services
• Perform valuation of intangible assets (ASC 805)
• Perform purchase price allocations

Qualifications:

• Experience performing valuation analyses and financial modeling
• Experience with ASC 805, ASC 718, ASC 350, ASC 360, and ASC 820
• Experience supporting due diligence and integration issues
• Preferred certifications: CFA, ASA, ABV, CVA
• Success in a client service role, preferably with Big 4 or a national advisory firm
