Business Value Engineer

Job Summary

To support revenue growth, the remote Business Value Engineer will collaborate with account teams to develop defensible ROI models and business cases that translate customer challenges into quantifiable financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to connect customer pain points to measurable engineering and manufacturing outcomes
• Build and pressure test ROI models and business cases to ensure they are rooted in defensible data
• Create and maintain value frameworks and support pilots by tracking early indicators and converting results into proof for renewals and expansions

Required qualifications

• Background in management consulting, finance, or quantitative analysis, preferably with exposure to mechanical engineering or manufacturing
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
• Skilled in storytelling and presenting complex data in a clear and compelling manner
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and visualization tools, with a familiarity with AI applications
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on building auditable models and sourcing assumptions
