Business Value Strategist

Job Summary

Partnering with prospects and customers, the full-time remote Business Value Strategist will lead executive discovery workshops, develop ROI models, and ensure measurable customer outcomes while translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business cases for decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead executive discovery workshops to uncover business pain points and establish performance metrics
• Build customized ROI assessments and financial models to quantify business impact and support investment decisions
• Collaborate with Customer Success to design value realization programs and identify expansion opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, strategic advisory, or a similar analytical role
• Experience at a leading consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or Deloitte is preferred
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research and analysis
