Business Workforce Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Workforce Management Analyst for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily reporting on Benefit Verification Specialist, Case Manager, Service Specialists, and Patient Assistance Program counselor
• Analyze national trends and collaborate with operations and channel leadership to implement improvements
• Develop and implement new data sets and critical metrics, and evaluate and adjust them as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or Associate's degree with 10 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience in analytics, marketing, or business
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical function supporting commercial organizations
• 5+ years of MS Office experience
• 3+ years of experience using Customer Relationship Management Tool and building reports
