Job Summary

To support the Supply Chain department, the full-time Buyer II will manage purchasing requests for supplies, services, and equipment, ensuring timely processing and communication with suppliers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Processes all assigned purchase requests accurately and in accordance with established policies
• Maintains communication with departments regarding purchases, backorders, and substitutions
• Assists with supplier onboarding and training for new hospital suppliers and employees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3 or more years of experience in Supply Chain or healthcare procurement
• Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain procurement functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in healthcare industry supplies and supply chain processes preferred
