Job Summary

A company is looking for a Buyer to manage purchasing activities and inventory planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement through the production cycle
  • Manage day-to-day inventory planning and process purchase orders to support demand
  • Evaluate vendor reliability and monitor purchase price variances
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of business experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and MRP experience required
  • APICS CPIM and/or CPP certification is preferred
  • Experience in scheduling, inventory management, and supplier relationship management
  • Previous experience in a high technology manufacturing environment preferred
