Job Summary
A company is looking for a Buyer to manage purchasing activities and inventory planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement through the production cycle
- Manage day-to-day inventory planning and process purchase orders to support demand
- Evaluate vendor reliability and monitor purchase price variances
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of business experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and MRP experience required
- APICS CPIM and/or CPP certification is preferred
- Experience in scheduling, inventory management, and supplier relationship management
- Previous experience in a high technology manufacturing environment preferred
