Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the remote Buyer will oversee the entire order process, including reviewing proposals, negotiating prices, and managing supplier relationships while working within the EST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) for various commodities
• Negotiate and administer Statements of Work (SOWs) and modify purchase agreement terms
• Conduct commercial analysis on suppliers to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
