Job Summary

Facilitating the issuance of product purchase orders, the full-time Buyer will manage order accuracy, expedite deliveries, and ensure product standardization in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and obtain approval for standing orders, ensuring accuracy in manual purchase orders and electronic requisitions
• Expedite orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining Oracle data files
• Proactively recommend process improvements and act as a customer advocate by collaborating with various departments

Required qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher, or a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Purchasing or Buyer-related field
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
