Job Summary
To support procurement activities in the electronics manufacturing industry, the hybrid Buyer will analyze supply and demand, drive purchase requisitions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working one day onsite and four days remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze supply and demand weekly to identify gaps, risks, and necessary purchasing actions
- Drive purchase requisitions and execute purchase orders for electronic hardware and related materials
- Provide order status updates and collaborate with various teams to validate demand and execute procurement strategies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, buying, planning, logistics, or related supply chain roles
- Experience with electronic components or hardware-related materials
- Proficiency in MRP systems and purchase order execution
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for tracking and analysis
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively
