Job Summary
Supporting the 3P (third-party) business within the Merchandising organization, the full-time remote Buyer Analyst will manage purchase orders end-to-end, monitor inventory health, and provide insights from sales and supply data to ensure optimal inventory levels for 3P customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders by creating, validating, and tracking them through delivery to fulfillment centers
- Monitor inventory levels, flag risks, and recommend corrective actions to maintain optimal stock
- Provide reporting on sales, inventory, and supplier KPIs, highlighting opportunities and risks to the team
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, merchandise planning, demand planning, or inventory management; grocery or e-commerce experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across multiple data sources to identify trends and recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with familiarity in ERP or inventory management systems as a plus
- Excellent decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
