Buyer for Chemical Materials

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Buyer, Chemical raw materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to ensure raw material purchases meet business needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manage supplier contracts and agreements
• Implement standardized work methods to optimize material ordering and reduce costs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or sciences
• CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in industrial manufacturing and/or business management
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Sage, Syspro, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent)
• Understanding of purchasing and supply chain concepts and practices
