Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Buyer II Software Procurement for a contract position onsite in Merritt Island, FL, who will execute end-to-end procurement activities for software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, and IT/ET hardware while ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities for software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, and IT/ET hardware
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal value while managing risk
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on specifications and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3-5 years of procurement/purchasing experience with a focus on indirect categories
• Hands-on experience sourcing software services, IT/ET hardware, and/or SaaS solutions
• Working knowledge of software licensing models and SaaS subscription structures
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships
