Buyer Planner II

Job Summary

Managing supply planning and procurement activities for assigned products, the full-time Global Buyer Planner II will balance service, inventory, and supply continuity while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers, working in a hybrid model with in-person attendance required at the Ewing, NJ office on select days.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage demand-driven supply plans and monitor inventory levels to meet customer service requirements
• Execute procurement plans, manage supplier relationships, and resolve routine supply issues
• Maintain planning data accuracy within ERP/MRP systems and support process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years of experience in Supply Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Operations, Manufacturing, or Logistics
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, ePortal) and managing suppliers
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Experience supporting inventory planning and shortage management
