Buyer/Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team in Stratford, CT, the full-time Buyer/Procurement Analyst will source, negotiate, and acquire essential materials and services while collaborating across departments in a virtual-friendly work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase machinery, equipment, raw materials, packaging, and services to support company operations
• Compile and analyze data to determine pricing feasibility and establish competitive price objectives
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to schedule

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience/education
• Extensive procurement/buying experience (15+ years preferred)
• Proficient in SAP
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong customer service focus
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume purchasing and supply chain tasks independently
