Buyer - Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Buyer - Supply Chain and Data Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process purchase requisitions and create/manage purchase orders
• Maintain and update data resources, ensuring accuracy of product, supplier, and pricing data
• Communicate with vendors and coordinate invoice discrepancies with accounts payable

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 1+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Smartsheets or workflow tools
• Healthcare buying experience and familiarity with GPO contracts
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for shift schedules
