Job Summary

A company is looking for a Buying Operations Supplier Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address hospital issues and keep the team on track with meetings and updates
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers and the Commercial team to ensure successful implementations
  • Verify pricing across hospital groups for assigned suppliers and build effective working relationships with Hospitals and suppliers
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred
  • Prior accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills required
  • Proficiency in MS products (Excel, Word, PPT) and Visio
  • Experience in supplier onboarding and the ability to identify 1099 reportable suppliers based on W9 received
