C/C++ Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a C/C++ Consultant (Remote) to support the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of high-performance software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and system components using C and C++
• Analyze existing codebases to identify performance, reliability, and maintainability improvements
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on system design, integration, and technical decisions

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional experience developing in C and/or C++
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
• Experience working with Linux or UNIX-based systems
• Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques (e.g., GDB, Valgrind)
• Experience with multithreading, synchronization, and memory management
