C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development of back-end applications using C#, while working remotely and ensuring application performance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using the .Net framework and MVC architecture
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and implement Agile development practices

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Proficiency in C#, .Net Core, and database design with SQL Server
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, along with version control systems like GIT
