C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and collaborate with the software development team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using the .Net framework and MVC architecture
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong C# skills
• Proficiency in database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
• Five or more years of professional experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
